Φυσικό Αέριο

Το φυσικό αέριο παραμένει μία από τις φθηνότερες λύσεις για την θέρμανση και την παραγωγή ζεστού νερού χρήσης οικιακών και επαγγελματικών εγκαταστάσεων.

 

Στον παρακάτω πίνακα μπορείτε να δείτε μια σύγκριση διαφόρων συστημάτων για την παραγωγή θέρμανσης για μια οικία 100-130τμ. Το φ/α παραμένει περίπου 30% φθηνότερο από το πετρέλαιο, ανταγωνιστικότερο ακόμη και από τις αντλίες θερμότητας.

Το φαινόμενο της ατμοσφαιρικής ρύπανσης, η αυξανόμενη σημασία του φαινομένου του θερμοκηπίου, η καταστροφή των δασών, έχουν καταστήσει την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος θέμα μείζονος σημασίας. Μια και βασική αιτία της ατμοσφαιρικής ρύπανσης αποτελεί η χρήση καυσίμων για την παραγωγή ενέργειας, είναι αναγκαίο οι ενεργειακές επιλογές να συνδυάζουν την ανάπτυξη με την περιβαλλοντική προστασία.

 

Το φυσικό αέριο είναι το πιο καθαρό και με τους χαμηλότερους ρύπους σε σχέση με όλα τα υπόλοιπα συμβατικά καύσιμα.

  • Η καύση του παράγει λιγότερο διοξείδιο του άνθρακα, οπότε υποκαθιστώντας τα άλλα καύσιμα συμβάλλει στη μείωση του φαινομένου του θερμοκηπίου.
  • Δεν περιέχει ενώσεις θείου που ρυπαίνουν το περιβάλλον και προκαλούν το φαινόμενο της όξινης βροχής.
  • Η καύση του είναι καθαρή και πρακτικά δεν εκπέμπει αιθάλη και αιωρούμενα σωματίδια, περιορίζοντας την ατμοσφαιρική ρύπανση.

 

Ενδεικτικά στο κάτωθι πίνακα δίνονται οι εκπεμπόμενοι ρύποι κατά την καύση του φυσικού αερίου σε σχέση με άλλα καύσιμα (σε g ρύπου ανά kWh εισαγόμενης θερμότητας καυσίμου).

Ευκολία στη χρήση


Το φυσικό αέριο είναι διαθέσιμο όποτε το χρειάζεστε κάθε στιγμή μέσα από το εγκαταστημένο δίκτυο. Δεν χρειάζεται να το παραγγείλετε ή να είστε σε ετοιμότητα για την παραλαβή του. Η λειτουργία των συσκευών φυσικού αερίου είναι απλή και προσφέρει ευκολίες και άνεση στην καθημερινή σας ζωή (πχ. παροχή ζεστού νερού στη στιγμή).

 

Καθαριότητα και εξοικονόμηση χώρου


Με το φυσικό αέριο δεν απαιτείται εγκατάσταση δεξαμενής, αφού είναι διαθέσιμο μέσα από το δίκτυο διανομής, ενώ απαλλάσσεστε από τις δυσάρεστες οσμές και τα υπολείμματα του πετρελαίου.

 

Ακρίβεια στη μέτρηση και χρέωση μετά την κατανάλωση

 

Η μέτρηση της κατανάλωσης γίνεται από τις ενδείξεις του μετρητή, όπως στις περιπτώσεις της ΔΕΗ και της ΕΥΔΑΠ, ενώ πληρώνετε πάντα μόνο όσο έχετε καταναλώσει και μετά την κατανάλωσή του.

 

Μειωμένο κόστος συντήρησης συσκευών


Η καθαρή καύση του φυσικού αερίου εξασφαλίζει μειωμένο κόστος συντήρησης συσκευών και μεγαλύτερη διάρκεια ζωής.

Ασφάλεια από τη φύση του


Το φυσικό αέριο είναι ένα απολύτως φυσικό προϊόν, είναι ελαφρύτερο από τον αέρα και σε περίπτωση που απελευθερωθεί στην ατμόσφαιρα απομακρύνεται άμεσα. Είναι άοσμο αλλά προστίθεται χαρακτηριστική οσμή για την ανίχνευση πιθανής διαρροής του. Επίσης δεν είναι τοξικό, αφού δεν περιέχει μονοξείδιο του άνθρακα.

 

Ασφάλεια από τις εγκαταστάσεις

Τα έργα κατασκευής δικτύου φυσικού αερίου στην Αττική πραγματοποιούνται βάσει σύγχρονων και αυστηρών προδιαγραφών. Η λειτουργία του δικτύου παρακολουθείται 24 ώρες το εικοσιτετράωρο, 365 μέρες το χρόνο με ειδικό ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα (SCADA) στο σύγχρονο κέντρο ελέγχου της εταιρείας. Επιπλέον γίνονται προληπτικοί και συστηματικοί επιτόπιοι έλεγχοι καλής λειτουργίας από εξειδικευμένους τεχνικούς.

 

Εξειδικευμένοι μηχανικοί, αδειοδοτημένοι υδραυλικοί εγκαταστάτες και αδειοδοτημένοι τεχνικοί καυστήρων αναλαμβάνουν την κατασκευή και ρύθμιση των εσωτερικών εγκαταστάσεων φυσικού αερίου εκτός και εντός του κτιρίου. Ο κανονισμός εσωτερικής εγκατάστασης που εφαρμόζει η Εταιρεία Παροχής Αερίου Αττικής Α.Ε. είναι εναρμονισμένος με τις προδιαγραφές που ορίζει η Ευρωπαϊκή Κοινότητα και που εφαρμόζεται στη Δυτική Ευρώπη.

 

Πριν την έναρξη παροχής φυσικού αερίου, πραγματοποιείται πάντα τελικός έλεγχος της εγκατάστασης από τους τεχνικούς επιθεωρητές της Εταιρείας Παροχής Αερίου Αττικής.

 

Ασφάλεια από τις συσκευές

 

Σε περίπτωση που σβήσει η φλόγα της συσκευής, ο ειδικός μηχανισμός που διαθέτουν οι συσκευές φυσικού αερίου διακόπτει αυτόματα την παροχή του. Επιπλέον μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί ειδικός ανιχνευτής φυσικού αερίου στο χώρο με αυτοματισμό διακοπής της παροχής του.
